Application Based learning is an approach where students learn by applying knowledge, skills, theories, and models in active learning activities. Keeping in the mind Horizon Academy, Sinnar organised the Maths application based project presentation of Grade 9th on Wednesday 21/02/2024 in school. The Presentation was graced by Hon Principal Mr. Patil Sir MVPS’S ITI College. The Grade 9 students were given the task to calculate the surface area, perimeter and volume of the school building, multipurpose hall, and the ground. Students were divided into 6 groups which were Bhaskarchaya, Ramanujan, Archimedies, Baudhayana, Aryabatta and Bramhagupta. Students completed the task under the guidance of Hon. Principal Mr. Nithish Nair and Maths teacher Mr. Dinesh Bachhav. Our Principal and the guest appreciated the students’ efforts.
