All we desire for our country is happiness. Let’s salute our great nation on its Independence Day! We are so grateful for the freedom we have and are proud of the nation we were born to! Hortizon Academy , Sinnar proudly celebrated the 78th Independence Day with zeal and pride. A beautiful programme was put together by the students and staff of Horizon Academy, Sinnar on the school’s ground.
The Chief Guest was ceremonially escorted by the School Head Boy and Head Girl which was followed by the Flag Hoisting by principal and with the unison chorus of National Anthem.
The programme started with patriotic messages from the students of the Grade 10th Mast. Sujay Gujarati and Ms. Anandi Kasar.
Mast. Avnesh Waghmare from 6th D, Mast. Ganesh Gaikwad from 6th B and Ms. Astha Patole from 6th D gave a speech on constitution India.
Students of Grades 3rd and 8th B perfomed danced on the patrotic Song. Students of Grade 7th A and school choir sang patriotic songs. Story telling on constitution India by Ms Yukta Bhosale and Mast. Riyansh Ghoge from 3rd A. Energetic duet dance performed by Ms. Shital Arrakal and Ms. Kartiki Londe. Mast. Arnav Katkade from 5th C and Ms. Swara Gujrathi from 7th A gave infromation about independence day. Drama performed by the students of Grade 8th. There were enactments of speeches of great freedom fighters by our tiny tots. The day cames to an end with proposing speech by Hon.Principal Mr. Nithish Nair.
