Horizon Academy, Sinnar, celebrated Math Day with great enthusiasm and energy on December 21, 2024, in honour of the legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. The event aimed to foster a love for mathematics and its practical applications among students.
The highlight of the celebration was the fun games and activities organized by the senior students. These activities included mathematical puzzles, riddles, quizzes, and interactive problem-solving challenges, which engaged participants across all grades. The younger students particularly enjoyed the opportunity to learn through play, while the seniors took pride in mentoring their juniors.
The event concluded with a short speech by the Hon. Principal Mr Nithish Nair, who appreciated the initiative and encouraged everyone to explore the beauty of mathematics beyond textbooks.
