Ashadhi Ekadashi Celebration at Horizon Academy, Sinnar On 6th July 2025, Horizon Academy, Sinnar celebrated the sacred occasion of Ashadhi Ekadashi with immense devotion and enthusiasm!
The event began with the traditional Aarti of Mauli.
Students from grades 5 to 9 donned traditional Warkari attire and carried out a vibrant Dindi procession through Sinnar city, resonating with chants of “Dnyanoba-Tukaram”.
Students from grades 1 to 4 enjoyed traditional Ringan ceremony and folk games like Phugdi.Grade 6 students presented a beautiful dance performance on Sant Dnyaneshwar’s abhangas
Soulful abhang singing was performed by our talented Geetmanch students
Grade 1 students crafted a stunning image of Lord Vitthal using pulses and grains, appreciated by Principal Mr. Nithish Nair.Powerful speeches on the significance of the day were delivered by Saurabh Handore and Ishita Gadakh (Grade 6)
The entire program was wonderfully anchored by Grade 9 students Ishwari Patil and Trisha Naikwadi
Principal Mr. Nithish Nair concluded the celebration with inspiring words and festive wishes to all.A day filled with devotion, culture, and tradition – truly a celebration to remember!
